To obtain this license, the applicant must comply with all strict requirements set in Nevis, such as implementing AML and KYC, Responsible Gaming policies, and ensuring a fair game through certified
random number generators (RNG).
Applicants do not need to obtain a license only for online casinos or sportsbooks. One B2C license in Nevis covers all online gambling activities, so you do not need to get a separate permission for each vertical.
